Monitoring monthly payroll and salary processing.
Preparation of CTC reports and payout reports.
Creating payroll balance sheets, YTD earnings, etc.
Ensuring F&F settlements within time frame
Driving the performance management system.
Handling team performance and improvement (PIP).
Ensuring statutory compliance.
Sharing monthly attrition analysis reports to HOD.
Attendance and Leave management.
Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.).
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.
